奥修的静心法——不行

      毫无疑问,奥修是一位伟大的思想启蒙家,他的思想像一枚炸弹,把我们千百年来被禁锢的思想牢笼炸开,使我们能够看到思想牢笼之外的景色,奥修是解放者,他解放了我们的思想,使我们能够更加理智清醒地面对事实,不再糊涂,不再被蒙蔽,从而自由地思想。

   

      但奥修不明白生命的原理和奥妙,更不知道什么是时间和空间,所以,他只能做启蒙,不能做引导,他知道问题所在,但不知道解决问题的途径和方法,他倡导的任何法门都不是究竟的,不是终极的,如果谁完全地按照他的办法去做,必然是徒劳的。

   

      奥修的静心方法只是隔靴搔痒的呓妄,虽然当今世界上有上千个按照奥修静心修炼法门修炼的团体且据说效果很好,但在我看来那是鸵鸟的心理,是在自欺欺人,不管是觉知、观照、呼吸等等,那都是虚妄的,根本解决不了问题。

   

      奥修的“靜心是超越頭腦,進入未知的維度。”这定义本身就是错误的,也是模棱两可的,建立在错误的模棱两可基础上的静心方法必然是无序混乱的,越修越难静心。

   

   

      那么,什么是静心?

   

      静心就是心无所住,心不被色、声、香、味、触、法束缚,达到“无受想行识,无眼耳鼻舌身意,无色声香味触法,无眼界,乃至无意识界。无无明,亦无无明尽,乃至无老死,亦无老死尽。无苦集灭道,无智亦无得”境界。

   

   

      诸葛亮是智慧的化身,诸葛亮认为“非宁静无以致远,”我还可以补充说非宁静无以健康,非宁静无以有序,非宁静无以效率,非宁静无以和谐,非宁静无以升华。宁静,就是心静。

   

      那么,如何静心呢?

   

      先解决问题。

   

      当肚子饿得直叫,先找吃的,把肚子吃饱,否则,任何静心法门难以让心静;家里煤气泄漏了,先把煤气泄漏的问题解决了,煤气泄漏着,人是无法静心的;孩子在身边哭闹,先哄孩子开心,解决孩子的哭闹问题,否则,是无法静心的;自己一大堆的烦恼事务没处理完,没解决掉,哪怕你跑到千里之外的山洞里密林中去修炼静心,心永远是静不下来的,所以,先解决现实的问题,解决面临的问题,才能静心,否则,所谓的静心都是掩耳盗铃。烦心事一大堆,如何静心?烦心事在心里,跑到天涯海角都跟随着,能躲得了吗?躲不了烦心事,能静得了心吗?

   

      有人用打坐、静坐、隐修的方式静心,那更是不行的,心上的根本问题没解决,心如何静?若说静了,那是假装的,是自欺欺人的。注射一剂吗啡或海洛因能暂时入静,但药力失效后依然心乱如麻,所以,静心的核心是心无烦恼事,当心无所住,心无烦恼,心无牵挂,心无忧虑,心无悲伤,心无恐惧时,不静也静。

   

      吃穿住行生老病死的问题不解决,任何静心的法门都是在皮毛上做文章。

   

      当然,还有一种更高妙的静心方法,这就是做到无心。老子讲“宠辱若惊,贵大患若身。何谓宠辱若惊?宠为下,得之若惊,失之若惊,是谓宠辱若惊。何谓贵大患若身?吾所以有大患者,为吾有身,及吾无身,吾有何患?”之所以有“大患”,是因为“有身”,若“无身”,何“患”之有?静心,是因为有心,若无心,何来心需静?

   

      那么,如何才能做到无心?
